Architect for the Healthcare Research Laboratory, Animal Wing and Administration Facility in Groton Ct. a 70,000 square foot structure.

• Johnson & Johnson; New Brunswick, NJ:

Project Manager & Design Coordinator for the Johnson & Johnson World Corporate Headquarters in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Responsibilities included: Liaison between Johnson & Johnson and I.M. Pei, Architect, development of
Project Coordination Meetings, Expediting and Trouble-shooting for a more comprehensive project.

• Palisades General Hospital; North Bergen, NJ:

Design for the Same Day Surgery Unit - A 5,000 s.f. unit
supplemental to the Operating Room, facilitates outpatient and inpatient minor surgery along with endoscopy and other exploratory procedures.

• Palisades Management Enterprises; North Bergen, NJ:

Medical Center Site development and Hudson River Walkway - part of a comprehensive master plan of the existing hospital with the new extended care facility and
Pavilion building. This project in particular involved vehicular and pedestrian traffic studies along with a Helipad coordination.

• Stauffer Chemical; Dobbs Ferry, NY:

Master Planning and Site Feasibility Study for the 00 acre Le Moyne Pant in Axis, Alabama. This study included the future growth pattern for development in phasing over a projected twenty year range.

• 650 Montgomery Street Corp.; Jersey City, NJ:

Healthcare Office/Condominium - This project involved a Building use conversion and gut renovation of approximately 20,000 s.f. from an empty warehouse to 15 medical offices plus interior parking.

A major renovation of an existing Hoboken Radiology building to a full service Radiological Center.
