Newark Public Schools:

• Ann Street School – Iron Bound : Masonry restoration and new roof.  The Project consisted of cut and point 50,000 square feet of brick masonry.  The original building constructed in 1886 with additions done in 1915 and 1930.  The project included terracotta repair and replacement. Construction costs were $2 Mil.

• Roseville Avenue School – Newark, N.J.  Early Childhood Learning Center – Feasibility study to convert existing elementary school into a new early childhood learning center. 

• The Chancellor Avenue Annex Elementary School – Re-roofing project that included new drain installation and configuration. It also included roof deck replacement.

• Newark, NJ - The Multi-Roof Replacement - Re-roofing  Project for: The M.X. Shabazz H.S., Weequahic H.S., Avon Avenue, Hawthorne Avenue, and Chancellor Avenue Schools. Silicone/Polyurethane Foam System. $2.6 Mil.

• West Side H.S. - Roof Replacement Project -  Silicone/Polyurethane Foam  System.

• Re-roofing the Harding Elementary School - Installation and re-coating of the roof to maintain this sustainable roof system. 

 

Fort Lee Board of Education:

• Fort Lee School No. 1:  Façade restoration- the original brick constructed in the turn of the century was deteriorating shortly after construction. The remedy at that time was to cover the brick with a brick face stucco that was dangerously falling apart.  The new façade was applied after removing the stucco and solidifying the original brick and installing a new façade well anchored to the conditioned masonry.

• Fort Lee, NJ - Schools No. 1 & No. 4 Roof Replacement  Project - Silicone/Polyurethane Foam System $435,000

• Fort Lee High School: Dance Studio installation. 

• Fort Lee Middle School:  Installation of dewatering system for the improvised basement.  We installed six heavy duty pumps to drain water.  Collecting troughs were placed below slab to drain a constant flow of ledge rock water.
